Shipping Policy

At Kaivory Beauty, we know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to get it to you! Every order is packed with care, and we work hard to ship as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or other periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using UPS Ground Saver.

  • Free UPS Ground Saver shipping on qualifying orders of $40 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  • Flat-rate shipping of $6.50 on orders under $40.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Most UPS Ground Saver orders arrive within 2–7 business days, although delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier operations. In some areas, UPS Ground Saver may be transferred to USPS for final delivery.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact delivery.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please reach out to us. We’re happy to help investigate the issue and work toward a resolution.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Kaivory Beauty is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to an incorrect address due to information entered at checkout.
  • Marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located.
  • Delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee replacement orders, we review these situations individually and will always do our best to help.

International Shipping

At this time, Kaivory Beauty ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state and local laws and will be calculated during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
